Ordering Information
	Ordering Process: DOM and L.Ac. only. Accredited OM students contact customer service. General public, please do not make an account. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been placed. Any shipping address errors must be notified to [email protected] within 1 hour of order placement. After an order is placed, a hold will be placed on your credit card payment for the amount ordered. This does not mean the amount has been charged (Paypal payments are automatically charged with Paypal). Orders will only be charged when orders are ready to ship. Out of stock items will be notified by phone or email. In stock items will ship as normal. Please double check all items in your order against your packing list/invoice upon receipt. Any errors must be notified to [email protected] with 2 business days. If package arrived damaged, please also take photos and email them with description of how package arrived. Production and Quality Control
	Strict Quality Management & Comprehensive Production Testing: E-Fong strictly manages quality control in accordance to GMP standards and FDA regulations throughout the entire production and quality control process from raw materials, semi finished products to finished products. In accordance to requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, comprehensive production inspection and testing is performed of raw materials, extract, and finished products. Testing includes: tests of identification, true or fake identification, active ingredient content, heavy metal, pesticide residue, and aflatoxin. All testing represented in COA. GMP Certificated: E-Fong has earned the Certificate of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in China and Australia. E-Fong was the first company to process concentrated herbal products and was assigned as a production base for concentrated herbs by the State Administration of TCM and the State Drug Administration in the P.R. China. Relying on the strong R&D support from Guangdong TCM Research Institute, E-Fong have produced the 600 TCM standardized single granules, 600 botanical extracts, 160 TCM traditional classic formulas and herbal teas, etc.
Usage and Dosage Instructions
	Small packages: Open one packet of each single high concentrated granule or formula and put into cup. Add 2/3 cup of boiling water and stir to dissolve. Let herbal tea cool before drinking. Drink as according to practitioner's instruction and dosage. Bottles: Use the 2g spoon provided and add granules to cup in amount as directed by practitioner. Follow exactly as your practitioner's instructions, do not over-add. Add 2/3 cup of boiling water and stir to dissolve. Let herbal tea cool before drinking. Drink as according to practitioner's instruction and dosage. Health Tea: Open one packet of tea packet and put into cup. Add 2/3 cup of boiling water and stir to dissolve. Let herbal tea cool before drinking. Drink 1 cup/day or as desired. *If taste of tea is too strong, you may dilute it with more water. Store the remaining tea in the refrigerator and warm to room temperature before drinking.
